Arxiv Summarizer

Arxiv Summarizer makes it easy to understand dense research papers without reading them line by line. It uses the OpenAI API to generate clear summaries of arXiv papers, so you can quickly grasp what a paper is about before deciding to dive deeper.

When you open an arXiv paper, the tool automatically extracts the title and abstract and sends them to OpenAI. Your summary is then inserted directly into the page, so everything stays right where you are already reading.

You stay in control of how summaries are generated. In the options page, you can set a user-defined prompt to shape the output and choose which LLM to use, tailoring each summary to your needs—whether you want a simple overview or a more technical breakdown.
