DampApp Pro is a native iOS and Android app built specifically for damp, timber, and mould surveyors, housing providers, and remediation specialists. Unlike web-based tools, it is designed around the real conditions surveyors face every day, from cold basement flats to hard-to-reach rural properties.

The app works entirely offline, so you can carry out full surveys in deep basements or remote locations where there is no cellular signal. Nothing stalls mid-inspection, and everything you record is captured reliably on your device until you are back in coverage.

On site, you can log detailed moisture profiles and drop timber defect markers with a tap, so findings are documented exactly where they occur. Integrated psychrometric calculations run natively on your phone, including dew point calculations in line with BS 5250, removing the need for separate tools or manual maths.

DampApp Pro also brings AI into your workflow. It analyzes survey photos and expands your shorthand, dictated field notes into structured report wording that is RICS-aligned and cites the relevant standards, turning rough observations into client-ready language in moments.

When the survey is done, branded PDF reports are generated directly on-device. That means you can hand a professional, fully formatted report to your client or tenant on the spot, cutting turnaround time and reducing evening admin.
