BoloForms

BoloForms is a Google Forms add-on and Chrome Extension built to stop cheating during online tests. If you have ever worried about students looking up answers or switching windows mid-exam, BoloForms gives you the tools to keep assessments fair and trustworthy.

The add-on lets you set a countdown timer for each test and restrict when it can be started and finished, so no one gets extra time outside your chosen window. For closer supervision, it uses the device's camera to monitor the test environment and detect when multiple faces appear on screen.

BoloForms also tracks when a user navigates away from the test to another tab or application, making it harder to quietly search for answers elsewhere. All of this evidence is collected and made available for review, so you can verify what happened after the test and strengthen the integrity of your Google Forms assessments.
