AI-Responder for Hostaway is a Chrome extension built for owners and hosts who spend too much time answering guest inquiries. It automates responses so you can focus on running your property instead of typing out the same messages again and again.
The extension draws on property-specific knowledge, guest data, and your chat history to craft replies that fit each conversation. Powered by OpenAI GPT3 Davinci-003 and GPT NeoX 20B, it delivers high-quality, AI-generated responses tailored to your guests.
In tests, 88.2% of the generated responses required no editing at all, so most replies are ready to send the moment they are written.
