Janus

Janus is a real-time character animation platform that allows users to transform into any digital character instantly using just a webcam. It uses generative AI and Gaussian splatting to create 3D avatars from a photo or prompt, which are then rendered directly in the browser. The platform is designed for creators to stream on Twitch, Discord, and YouTube or use in video calls on Zoom and Google Meet. It features local rendering to ensure zero lag and high-quality 1080p+ visuals without the need for expensive hardware or motion capture equipment.
