Magic Copy

Magic Copy is a Chrome extension that makes it easy to copy yourself—or anything else—out of an image and erase the background, all without ever leaving your browser. Everything happens directly in Chrome, so there's no need to juggle separate photo editors or upload files elsewhere.

Under the hood, Magic Copy is powered by Meta's Segment Anything Model (SAM), a state-of-the-art segmentation model that accurately identifies and separates subjects in your images. The background is removed right before the image is copied, so what lands on your clipboard is a clean, background-free cutout ready to use.

Whether you're building presentations, creating graphics, or just want a quick way to lift a subject out of a photo, Magic Copy streamlines the whole process into a single click right inside Chrome.
