Project Plan 365 Assistant is an innovative app that brings ChatGPT and Microsoft Project together in one seamless workflow. Instead of wrestling with complex project software, you can simply describe your plan in a natural conversation and let the assistant turn your words into a structured project.
Once your plan is ready, you can export the project data straight to a Microsoft Project compatible format (MPP) without any manual rework. Prefer to review it first? Open your plans online with Project Plan 365 and explore every detail before sharing.
Viewing and collaboration are just as effortless. Use the built-in Gantt Chart viewer for free to visualize timelines at a glance, and share your plan with teammates, stakeholders, or clients so everyone stays on the same page from kickoff to delivery.
