SimIntpr

SimIntpr is a virtual simultaneous interpreter built for YouTube videos. It translates the subtitles or captions of a video and then speaks them out, so you can follow foreign-language content without pausing to read or replay.

Powered by a state-of-the-art Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine, SimIntpr supports as many as 67 voices covering almost 30 different widely used languages, letting you pick the voice and language that feel most natural for you.

The translated voice plays alongside the video without conflicting with the original YouTube audio, so you still hear the real tone, music, and atmosphere while understanding everything. Note that the video must have at least one official subtitle for the extension to work.
