AI Fox

AI Fox is a plugin built to automate recruiting workflows, making the way you source talent faster and far less tedious. Instead of jumping between tabs and copying details by hand, it takes care of the repetitive work so you can focus on connecting with the right people.

With AI Fox, finding candidates and adding them to your HURMA candidate database takes just a few clicks. The plugin checks popular job search websites, opens the resumes you need, and automatically creates candidate profiles in HURMA, transferring all the relevant information directly from the job search website.

That means no more manual data entry or missed details when building your talent pool. Every profile arrives in your database complete and ready to review, helping you move through sourcing quicker and keep your pipeline organized with minimal effort.
