Terms of Service

These terms apply to FindAIGo’s AI directory, rankings, news, reviews, accounts and comments. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements where you live. Obtain parental or guardian permission if required before using account features. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Your first successful Google sign-in creates a FindAIGo account. Use only an account you are authorized to use, keep it secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. We do not ask for your Google password. Google’s own terms apply to its authentication service. Security restrictions or third-party interruptions may affect account availability.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, spam or infringement of others’ rights. Do not post others’ private information without authorization, manipulate engagement statistics, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access.

Automated access must respect access restrictions, applicable law and service capacity. Do not scrape or make bulk requests in a way that disrupts the service or circumvents protective measures.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to share it. Comments appear publicly with your displayed name and profile picture. Do not submit sensitive information or material you are not authorized to publish.

You retain your rights in your content. You grant FindAIGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate, protect and moderate the service. This does not transfer ownership. You can delete your own comments using the available controls; limited retention may be needed for legal or security purposes.

We may remove content or restrict accounts to address violations, abuse, legal obligations or service risks. We do not promise to review every comment before publication. Contact us to report harmful content, infringement or an account restriction you believe is mistaken.

Descriptions, prices, availability, rankings, traffic estimates, news and reviews may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify important information with the provider before making a decision. Listings and rankings do not guarantee quality, safety, legality or suitability and are not professional advice.

Third-party tools and websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Transactions, subscriptions and disputes with them are between you and the provider. A link or listing does not mean FindAIGo operates or endorses that service.

We may display Google ads, sponsored placements and affiliate links, and may receive compensation from advertising or qualifying referrals. Advertising does not guarantee a provider’s claims or results. Please report placements you believe are misleading.

FindAIGo’s original content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected material except as permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder.

For infringement reports, contact us with the page URL, a description of the material and your basis for the claim so we can review it.

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or particular outcomes. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, FindAIGo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory protections.

You may stop using the service, remove favorites or your own comments, and contact us to request account deletion. Signing out or revoking Google access does not itself delete your FindAIGo account. See the Privacy Policy for data requests and retention.

Contact us with questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not limit mandatory rights or access to courts or authorities under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and date will be published here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement before relevant changes take effect.
