Aledade EHR Overlay is a tool that integrates directly with your existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows, making it easier for practices to review potential diagnoses and take action without leaving their usual routine. It is designed to fit naturally into the way your team already works, reducing friction in day-to-day documentation tasks.

Any changes made within the Overlay are reflected in real time in both the Aledade App and the EHR, so your records stay consistent across tools. The tool uses machine learning to identify relevant fields within the EHR and surface the patient information you need, right when you need it.

Please note that this is a beta version. While the Overlay surfaces potential diagnoses to support your review, the practice remains responsible for accurate code selection and documentation, keeping final clinical judgment in your hands.
