AutoMOT is a browser extension that automatically loads the MOT (Ministry of Transport) history of vehicles you're browsing on AutoTrader.co.uk, so you no longer have to look it up yourself. The history appears directly on the page as you browse, saving you time and effort at every listing.
The extension works by using DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) data, which is updated daily, together with AI to extract the registration plate from the AutoTrader image. This registration is then cross-referenced against the DVLA database to display the vehicle's MOT history while you shop.
