Barra/AI

Barra/AI is a straightforward, no-frills browser extension that puts OpenAI models directly inside any text field you type in. There is no clutter, no dashboard to learn—just a lightweight tool that works quietly in the background of your everyday browsing.

Using it could not be simpler: type '/ai' followed by your prompt, press Tab, and the extension instantly replaces the contents of the field with the AI-generated response. Whether you are drafting an email, writing a comment, or filling out a form, you get AI help right where you are already typing, without switching tabs or copying text back and forth.

Simplicity, privacy, and user control are at the heart of Barra/AI. You bring your own OpenAI API key, and all data is processed client-side, so your prompts and responses stay in your hands. It is an ideal pick if you want raw AI power in any text field, minus the bells and whistles.
