Bunsho is novel-writing software for macOS and Windows that pairs a full manuscript editor with a built-in continuity engine. As you write, it reads your prose and quietly tracks characters, timelines, locations, objects, events, and world rules, so the details of your story stay organized without extra spreadsheets or sticky notes.

With everything mapped, Bunsho flags continuity errors, contradictions, timeline problems, and potential plot holes before they slip into your final draft. Instead of rereading hundreds of pages hoping to catch a slipped date or a misplaced prop, you get pointed to the exact spot where the story breaks.

Beyond error checking, Bunsho includes World, Planner, Continuity, and Director Mode features. Use World to build out your setting, Planner to map chapters, Continuity to check what each character knows and when, and Director Mode to draft directed scenes, all while keeping you firmly in control of the creative decisions.
