Ask ChatGPT Extension is a browser extension that adds a context menu (right-click) option, letting you send selected text directly to a ChatGPT chat window. Instead of copying, switching tabs, and pasting, simply highlight what you want to understand and send it over in seconds.
The extension formats your prompt based on user-configurable options, so you can quickly request suggestions or explanations from ChatGPT using custom prompts tailored to your needs. Set it up once, and every right-click delivers exactly the kind of answer you are looking for.
It also supports using the GPT-4 model by specifying a ChatID, giving you access to more advanced responses whenever you need them. It is a handy tool for anyone who frequently looks up explanations, ideas, or feedback while browsing.
