Already have a drawing you want to keep? Upload a scanned blueprint, a hand-drawn sketch, a rendered layout, or a plan generated elsewhere. Circle the area with a brush, lasso, or rectangle, then tell the AI in plain English what to change. Remove furniture, labels, watermarks, or an entire room in one stroke, while everything outside the selection stays pixel-perfect. Undo / redo, before-and-after comparison, and continue-editing are available along the way, so revisions never feel risky.

When you need total control over every line, drop into the editor and work manually: drag walls, adjust room dimensions, place doors, windows, and furniture, and manage layers before exporting production-ready drawings. AI-generated layouts flow straight into the editor for further refinement, covering the whole path from concept to revision to delivery.

Floor Planner also handles file conversion in both directions. Turn floor plan images into DXF and DWG CAD vectors that drop directly into AutoCAD and downstream workflows, or convert CAD files back into images for preview, markup, and sharing. Scans, photos, and hand-drawn sketches all become editable digital drawings.

Dimensions stay precise and output stays controllable. Set m² or ft², single-room width and length, full-house room counts and gross area, kitchen style (open or enclosed), and floor count — plus aspect ratio to fit web, print, or presentation.
