Global Sites is a boilerplate project that takes the hassle out of building static websites in multiple languages. Instead of wrestling with the usual setup work, you get a ready-made foundation that already handles the tricky parts of going multilingual.

The framework comes with AI translations built in, so you can generate content for different languages without translating everything by hand. A language switcher lets visitors move between languages through a dropdown menu or footer links, and URLs are automatically adjusted for each language version.

SEO is covered as well. The sitemap is generated with links for all languages, making it easier for search engines to discover every version of your site, and the robots.txt file is configured to allow search engines to crawl your pages effectively. On top of that, HTML validations help keep your markup clean and error-free.
