iftrue

Managing an engineering team shouldn't mean drowning in status meetings and switching between a dozen tools just to see what's going on. iftrue is an AI-powered copilot designed for engineering managers — delivering advice, facilitating standups, and surfacing team progress and blockers directly inside Slack.

It connects to GitHub and Jira to give you real-time visibility into what your team is working on, what's slowing them down, and where risks are emerging. iftrue provides insights into developer experience and DORA metrics, helps optimize productivity and streamline workflows, and even preps daily stand-ups and assists with sprint planning — all powered by live team data. Lead better, without the tool overload.
