Behind the scenes, Lumo applies powerful machine learning algorithms to estimate the risk of delay, from hours to weeks before departure. Its predictions account for a wide range of factors, including historical trends, forecasted weather, air traffic control restrictions, and network connectivity effects across the airline system.

With this insight, you can compare itineraries by the likelihood of a delay, cancellation, or missed connection, so you can weigh reliability alongside price and schedule and avoid the frustration of travel disruptions before they happen.

Please note that this version of the extension currently only works with SAP Concur's online booking tool. You will need a Lumo account, and an SAP Concur account, likely provided through your employer. If you created your Lumo account through your employer, the data you can see in the extension may be restricted or customized.
