Voice Caption Translator brings free voice caption translation to your Google Meet and Microsoft Teams web conferences, so you can follow along even when participants speak a language you don't understand. No subscription or extra setup is required—just open the tool and start communicating across language barriers.

The tool supports translation between commonly used languages such as English, Chinese, French, and Japanese. You can choose between Google Translate or Microsoft Translate as the translation engine, and if you prefer a different service, you are free to switch to another translation tool at any time.

Conference voice captions can be displayed in a separate new window, making it easy to read translations side by side with your meeting without cluttering the conference interface. It works with popular browsers including Chrome, Edge, and Arc, fitting naturally into your existing workflow.
