NoteButler

Storing PDFs in Notion is easy, but actually finding what's inside them is another story. NoteButler solves this by making your PDFs fully searchable within Notion — automatically adding AI-generated summaries to each document so you can quickly grasp key content without reading the whole thing. It also enables you to use Notion's own AI features directly on your PDF content.

NoteButler also handles automatic OCR on your PDFs in Notion, unlocking text from scanned documents that would otherwise be unsearchable. The result is a dramatically more useful document library — everything you've saved is now actually findable, readable, and actionable, right within the workspace you're already using every day.
