Notes that talk with you

Even the things you could never tell anyone, you can say here, anytime.

Something feels off, and you cannot say why. You made the decision, and you are still second-guessing it. You are working hard, and it still does not feel like enough. Often the reason is simple. The values you actually choose by have never been put into words.

Notes that talk with you is an AI coaching notebook. One question arrives each day, you write what comes to mind, and your own values start to take shape. It is built on values research tested across 49 cultural groups and 53,472 people (the theory of basic human values by the psychologist Shalom Schwartz). From that work we organized our own set of 8 value axes, so you can see where you stand today.

Notes (daily) - A prompt arrives every day. Three lines is plenty. The AI replies quietly to what you wrote, so the reflection goes a little deeper.

Works (5 in total) - Guided sets that move one step at a time, in conversation with your coach. The first one is included on the free plan.

Values map - Your values, drawn as an eight-color radar chart: Growth, Challenge, Contribution, Connection, Stability, Integrity, Joy, and Freedom. The more you write, the more the AI grows the map out of your own words.

Values quiz (3 minutes, free) - Ten questions show the shape you are in right now, with one of 16 values characters.

AI coach - When you are stuck, tell the coach. It knows your values and helps you sort out your thinking. It is not there to hand you answers. It is there to help you notice the ones already inside you.

Start with just a name. No account and no email address needed. Type the name you would like to be called, and you can start today.

Notes+ (paid plan) - Coach conversations go from 3 a day on the free plan to 30 a day on Notes+. On Notes+, a deeper-thinking AI replies. Works go from 1 on the free plan to all 5 on Notes+. The values map shows all eight axes on the free plan as well, and it updates every time you write.

For the first month, every paid feature is free. Notes+ comes as a monthly, 6-month, or yearly plan, with prices shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your store account settings.

This may fit you if you cannot find your own footing and living by other people's keeps wearing you out, if journaling has never stuck for you, if you want to put words to the thing that has been bothering you, or if there is no one you can say the honest thing to.
