Perspect

Great engineering work often goes unnoticed — developers pour themselves into their work, but traditional metrics rarely capture the full picture of who's truly delivering. Perspect changes that. It's a developer experience (devex) platform that connects to the IDEs, browsers, design tools, and platforms your team already uses, measuring flow state and contribution in context — not just output.

Perspect provides real-time insights into the contributions and impact of technology teams, helping engineering leaders optimize resources, spot bottlenecks, and meaningfully reward high-performers. It's the platform that makes developer recognition feel fair, data-driven, and genuinely motivating for the people doing the work.
