Resume Matcher

Resume Matcher is a free and open-source tool that takes the guesswork out of tailoring your resume for every job application. Most people send the same generic resume everywhere and wonder why they don't hear back — Resume Matcher solves that by using NLP and vector similarity to compare your resume against specific job descriptions, highlighting where you align and where you don't. As a Python-based ATS tool, it empowers you to make data-driven decisions about what to emphasize or adjust, so each application you send is meaningfully optimized for that role. It's currently in active development, with more features on the way.
