Searchable ChatGPT is a Chrome extension that solves the frustrating problem of trying to find something you discussed with ChatGPT weeks ago. Instead of scrolling endlessly through past conversations, just use the extension to search your full chat history instantly — with support for both exact and fuzzy search, plus word suggestions to help you find what you're looking for even if you can't remember the exact wording.
Everything runs locally, meaning your chat data never gets sent to any external server or API. It integrates seamlessly with both Light and Dark themes in the ChatGPT interface, and a quick hotkey (Ctrl-Shift-P) gets you into search mode in seconds. For anyone who uses ChatGPT regularly and wants to actually be able to retrieve their conversations, this extension is indispensable.
