ShimmerPic is an independent studio for OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5 that puts both models side by side on the same prompt. Flare is the fast default when you want quick results, while Sunburst is the precision model that takes longer to generate but focuses on finer detail. Both run at the same credit price, so you can choose by speed or detail rather than guessing, and you never need an API key to get started.

Reference-photo editing is the core of what ShimmerPic does. Attach up to three reference images, and the product, person or artwork you upload stays recognisable while the scene, the light and the framing are rebuilt around it. This makes everyday creative work far easier: product photography, on-model and UGC-style stills, posters where the headline has to render exactly as written, and mockups placed on real objects.

No more surprises about cost. Every generation shows its exact credit quote before you press the button, so you always know what you are spending, and failed generations are refunded to the same credit batch. Your results stay private in your own gallery until you choose to download or share them, and three content-safety checks run on both input and output to keep things safe.
