Fine-tuned on Lightricks' LTX 2.3 and released by the community, it runs locally on consumer GPUs, so your projects stay private and under your control from start to finish.

Everything you need to get started is included: the base weights, distilled LoRAs that speed up generation, and specialized ComfyUI workflows. Whether you are animating a concept from a text prompt or bringing a still image to life, the model handles both text-to-video and image-to-video tasks as a derivative of the LTX 2.3 DiT-based foundation.

Realism is where Sulphur 2 shines. It was trained on roughly 125,000 video clips to deliver high-fidelity, true-to-life motion, while 2D animation was intentionally left out of training so the model concentrates on photoreal results. A built-in local prompt enhancer based on Qwen 3.5 helps refine your ideas on the fly, keeping the entire creative pipeline fully on-device.
