Text Selection Extension

Text Selection Extension lets you select any text on a webpage and quickly and efficiently obtain relevant answers. Instead of interrupting your reading to search elsewhere, you simply highlight the words you want to know more about and trigger the extension's context menu option.

Once triggered, the selected text is sent to a remote service that looks up the corresponding answer in a JSON file hosted on Google Cloud Storage. The answer is then displayed in an alert, giving you additional information about exactly what you selected without leaving the page.

It is a handy tool for pulling up data and answers directly while you browse, making quick lookups a natural part of your everyday web reading.
