Adobe Acrobat Launches PDF Spaces: Static Documents Turn Into Interactive AI Collaboration Spaces
Tired of static document sharing that lacks interaction and data tracking? Adobe Acrobat recently launched PDF Spaces, turning static PDFs, documents, and links into interactive AI workspaces.
The feature integrates multiple formats, with AI generating summaries, audio overviews, custom presentations, and chatbots to help users extract key info quickly. After creating a space, senders can add multimedia and adjust priorities; recipients can converse with the AI assistant to get info, and the system generates audio summaries for quick key info location.
Applicable to sales proposals, marketing, HR, etc., personal users can also use it for travel plans. It's now available on Acrobat Express and Acrobat Studio.
