Adobe Offers Free Firefly and Express to Over 27 Million Saudis

At the LEAP 2026 conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Adobe announced free access to Firefly Standard and Express Premium for 12 months for citizens and residents over 13. This covers over 27 million people, valued at over $4 billion (about 269.43 billion RMB), as part of an expanded partnership with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and IT and HUMAIN, an AI firm under PIF. Adobe also added modern standard Arabic (right-to-left) support across Express desktop, web, and iOS globally, including typography, text editing, and custom templates. HUMAIN and Adobe will also launch an image model that generates high-quality images based on Saudi users' cultural backgrounds and creative needs.
