Alibaba Cloud's Qianwen Office Launches Multi-User Workspace
Alibaba Cloud's Qianwen Office has launched the industry's first 'multi-user workspace.' Users can describe their needs to generate and publish a webpage that supports up to 100 people collaborating online. It's useful for event planning, school-home coordination, and business teamwork, helping cut costs from buying SaaS or custom software. You can try it right from the homepage.
The workspace offers four core features: role permissions, cloud database, admin panel, and online publishing. Admins and regular members can have different access rights, with data stored and managed centrally. Just describe what you need in plain language, and the system breaks down tasks, creates the page, and lets you publish it with one click. Team members can then use it via a link.
For example, teachers can share homework and approve leave requests, while parents check grades. It also helps manage influencer campaigns or multiple store openings. What used to take months to build as custom software can now be created and updated instantly, giving businesses an efficient AI solution.
