Alibaba's Qoder launches Fast mode with 3-second responses and lower cost

Alibaba's AI coding tool Qoder has launched a new Fast mode. It's first available on the desktop app (version 0.4.4 or above), and both personal and enterprise users can use it. The CN and international versions both support it.

Fast mode responds in just 3 seconds, keeps the same output quality, and costs 0.8x credits. The Performance mode on the international version has also been upgraded to Fast, cutting response time from 8 seconds to 3 seconds and costs by about 27%. Existing users get the upgrade automatically.

Official data shows Fast responds in less than one-third of the time of Auto mode, and about one-quarter of the international Ultimate mode. In tests with 10 common developer tasks, Qoder finished answers three times faster than similar products in China and four times faster than overseas rivals.

Other products in the Qoder family will also get Fast mode soon, giving developers a faster and cheaper choice for everyday tasks.
