Alibaba to Open Source Qwen3.8-Flash-Next Multimodal Model

According to the ModelScope page, Alibaba's Qwen team will open source the Qwen3.8-Flash-Next model at 23:00 Beijing time on August 26, along with its FP8 version. Built on the next-generation Qwen4 architecture, this multimodal MoE model aims to familiarize the community with architectural improvements ahead of the full Qwen4 family. No further details have been released yet.
