AMD's AI Halo Developer Platform Now Available with 128GB RAM

AMD announced that the Ryzen AI Halo developer platform, powered by the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, is now available through partner Micro Center. It comes with Windows 11 Pro or Linux, priced at $3,999. The system measures 150x150x45.4mm and weighs under 1.2kg.

It features 128GB LPDDR5x-8000 memory with 256GB/s bandwidth, a 2TB self-encrypting M.2 SSD, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. Ports include three USB-C, one HDMI 2.1b, and one 10GbE RJ45. AMD pre-installs the Ryzen AI Developer Center app for memory allocation and more, with all software stacks open-source.
