Ant Group unveils trust system for AI agents, launches wearable OS

At the 2026 World AI Conference in Shanghai, Ant Group's VP Chen Liang said AI agents are becoming a new kind of operating system in the AI era, and they need a solid trust foundation. Ant Group proposed two directions: 'native security' and 'trusted connectivity'. The company launched LingDevice OS, a wearable agent OS for smart glasses and earphones, and an enterprise-level agent OS for complex multi-user tasks. The wearable OS focuses on cloud-device collaboration, low power, and cross-device connections. The enterprise version handles high-concurrency and distributed scheduling for multi-agent tasks. Ant also introduced a 'gear-shifting' scheduling system to balance efficiency, reasoning, and cost, embedding security into the OS layer.
