Anthropic Eyes October IPO with Potential $2 Trillion Valuation

Anthropic told potential investors that its Q2 2026 revenue exceeded $11.5 billion, up more than 14 times year-over-year, and it achieved operating profitability for the first time. This growth is mainly due to the wide adoption of its AI models and continued expansion of enterprise customers.

According to six investors, Anthropic is expected to go public in October with a valuation of $2 trillion or more, surpassing SpaceX's $1.77 trillion listing record set in June this year. In the secondary market, Anthropic shares are already trading at a valuation of $1.5 trillion, up 25% in the past month.

Rainmaker Securities CEO Glen Anderson said sellers are quoting around $1.5 trillion, but few are willing to sell, showing strong market confidence in the company's prospects.
