Anthropic sued over Claude Max subscription claims

A user in Washington D.C. is planning a class-action lawsuit against AI company Anthropic, saying its Claude Max subscription plans mislead customers about usage limits. Karl Kahn claims the $100/month Max 5x and $200/month Max 20x plans promise 5 to 20 times more usage than the basic plan, but the reality doesn't match. He says regular users can't easily track how much they actually get. Kahn wants the court to order refunds for subscribers and turn this into a group lawsuit. Anthropic hasn't commented on the case.
