Beijing humanoid robot Tiangong 3.0 to start mass production in late 2026 with D-Ground chip
The Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center and D-Ground Robot announced that the full-size general-purpose humanoid robot Tiangong 3.0 will start mass production in the second half of 2026. It will use D-Ground's Xuri S600 chip for AI computing, targeting industrial, service, and complex 3D tasks. Released in February, Tiangong 3.0 features high-torque joints, can jump over 1-meter obstacles, and has millimeter-level precision for industrial use. Officials say mass production will lower key component costs, and the robot will be used in assembly lines, warehousing, smart services, and special environment operations.
