Circle Launches Open-Source AI Tool Circle Skills to Support Stablecoin Development Integration

Circle recently announced the launch of Circle Skills, an open-source AI tool designed to help developers and AI agents build stablecoin-based applications. The tool integrates with USDC, EURC, and Circle's developer platform, enabling functions like stablecoin payments, cross-chain transfers, wallet operations, and smart contract logic.

Circle Skills can also work with AI development tools that support skills, such as Cursor, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex, to enhance AI integration in stablecoin application development. This launch lowers the technical barriers to building stablecoin apps and is part of Circle's strategy to build a multi-layered financial infrastructure centered on compliant stablecoins.
