CoreWeave Enters India with 240MW Data Center Deal to Run NVIDIA Vera Rubin
AI cloud company CoreWeave is entering the India market, expanding its global computing power reach.
CoreWeave has teamed up with AdaniConneX, part of the Adani Group, to lease 240MW of data center capacity at the Taloja park in Navi Mumbai. The space includes three 80MW buildings and will host NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform. The first phase is expected to open in mid-2028, with more capacity coming in stages.
CoreWeave also plans to open an office in India and hire local staff, and may even double its lease for another 240MW. COO Sachin Jain said India has the talent, developers, and ambition to become a hub for AI innovation.
This move will bring computing power, infrastructure, and local support to customers building AI in India.
