Cursor launches a cheaper plan for Indian developers

AI coding assistant maker Cursor has launched a personal plan called 'Cursor Start' for developers in India. It costs 649 Indian rupees per month, about one-third of the standard $20 plan. Cursor says India is now its third-largest market globally. Over the past year, its Indian customer base has tripled, and it has more premium users in India than anywhere else. The new plan includes full model access, more agent requests than the free version, cloud-based agents, an iOS app, and workflow integration.
