DeepSeek down again, fifth outage this month

DeepSeek went down this morning, affecting both web chat and API. The official status page called it a 'partial outage', starting at 10:21 and fixed by 10:50, lasting about half an hour.

This is the fifth service issue for DeepSeek this month, two of which were 'full outages'. The repeated problems may hurt user experience and trust, though the exact cause is still unclear.
