First full-lifecycle management platform for humanoid robots launched in Beijing

China's first full-lifecycle management platform for humanoid robots has been launched in Beijing. Led by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's standardization committee for humanoid robots and embodied AI, the platform gives each robot a unique digital ID. This ID tracks the robot from development and manufacturing to sales, use, and recycling. So far, it has covered over 100 robot companies in China, assigning IDs to more than 28,000 robots across 200+ product models. The platform aims to improve product quality, safety supervision, and industry growth.
