Google and AMD Team Up on 10th Gen TPU

According to a leaked SemiAnalysis report, Google is working with AMD on its 10th-gen TPU. This could be AMD's first custom AI chip project. AMD has strong packaging and chip design skills, and its CPU tech may attract Google. They plan to combine TPU and CPU in one package for AI workloads. Google's custom AI chips now involve partners like Broadcom and MediaTek.
