Google Gemini opens personalized image generation to more US users
Google announced that the personalized image generation feature in its Gemini app is now available to more US users for free, no longer limited to paid subscribers. Powered by Nano Banana, it creates custom images based on user interests. Users can simply describe what they want, and Gemini pulls info from connected apps like Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube, and Google Search to generate images with their personal preferences. Users can turn this feature on or off anytime. Google also teased upcoming updates like a daily briefing, a redesigned interface, and the AI video model Gemini Omni. Gemini now has over 750 million monthly active users, strengthening its position in the AI market.
