Grok 4.5 Joins GitHub Copilot for Complex Coding

SpaceXAI, owned by Elon Musk, announced that its Grok 4.5 model is now available on GitHub Copilot. Developers worldwide can switch to use this tool. GitHub Copilot includes features like cloud agents, Copilot CLI, and VS Code IDE.

Grok 4.5 is designed for fast, smart coding and multi-step workflows. It supports a 500k-token context window and can handle text and image inputs, with low, medium, and high reasoning levels. Tests show it performs well in VS Code and Copilot CLI, especially for exploratory development and complex tasks.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go: $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens.
