Kimi uses 300 AI agents to predict all 104 World Cup 2026 matches
The 2026 FIFA World Cup in the US, Canada, and Mexico is coming. It's the first with 48 teams, making a total of 104 matches. Kimi, by Moonshot AI, just announced it will use an "Agent Cluster" feature. This can run 300 sub-agents at once, each looking at different things like team tactics, player injuries, past games, weather, betting odds, and expert opinions for every match.
Each agent has its own job. Some check team strength using Elo and FIFA rankings. Others look at attack and defense stats like xG and xT. Some study how teams match up tactically, and others handle travel and rest time. All their results are mixed and checked to give a probability, not just a yes or no. The system uses models like Poisson, machine learning, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Right now, most models say Spain and France are top favorites. But Kimi's analysis found Germany's chance might be undervalued by the market. Kimi says this isn't a sure prediction, just a possible bias. High-confidence picks are right about 85-90% of the time, medium ones 55-65%, and low ones are near random. Kimi also warns not to use this for betting—it's just for fun and research.
