Moonshot AI has launched Kimi K3, its most powerful model yet, with 2.8 trillion parameters and a 1 million token context window. It's designed for long coding tasks and knowledge work. The model uses a special attention mechanism and supports vision natively. In Frontend Code Arena, Kimi K3 scored 1679, beating Claude Fable 5 and ranking first in six out of seven areas, including branding and data analysis. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: 2 yuan per million tokens for cached input, 20 yuan for uncached input, and 100 yuan for output.
