MSI Launches Compact Desktop with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 300

MSI has launched the PRO MAX EDGE AI+ desktop, powered by AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 300 processor and sized at just 4 liters. It features a built-in Flex ATX power supply and a cooling system with three heat pipes and three fans, supporting up to 128GB of LPDDR5X memory and two M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD slots.

For AI performance, it can run models with up to 120 billion parameters locally, achieving 15 tokens per second on 109B models. When connected via USB4, multiple units can handle 670B models. Ports include a USB-C 40Gbps on front and back, multiple USB-A, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 1.4a.
