NVIDIA to Invest Billions in Perplexity AI at Over $30B Valuation

According to reports, NVIDIA is in talks to invest billions of dollars in AI startup Perplexity AI, possibly including a technology licensing deal. The funding round values Perplexity at over $30 billion, up more than 60% from $18 billion last July. The growth is driven by its workflow automation agent, Perplexity Computer. Annual revenue has jumped from under $250 million to over $750 million. NVIDIA aims to strengthen its AI ecosystem in search and automation.
